So you can get the most from your session, prior to our appointment you will be asked to complete a health assessment form indicating your health concerns.
At your appointment, together we will discuss your health assessment any issues you would like to work with and what it is you would like to achieve from our sessions.
Commencing our Kinesiology session we use muscle monitoring to gather information by tapping into the communication of the central nervous system and your subconscious (innate human awareness) to indicate where imbalances and stress lays within the body - this can include structural, emotional, neurological, and physiological.
We explore various aspects of what may be causing stress in the body. Using techniques such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupoints, Cranial Kinesiology, Structural Fundamentals, Neurophysiology and Emotional support and a range of other techniques this will help to bring balance back to the body . The results can at times be immediate once we unblock the confused communication channels to allow the body to heal and correct itself.
We can also incorporate a Healy program session which delivers bioenergetic frequencies to help balance the body’s energetic field and activate your self-healing capacity. The programs used with be dependent on what your body is requiring in our sessions.

Holistic health is caring for the whole person. It is tending to your physical, mental, spiritual, and social needs, being aware of how all these aspects affect your overall health.
Kinesiology - If you have never experienced Kinesiology or it has been a while since your last session I would recommend at least 3 - 5 sessions regularly. This allows you to assess and to integrate the sessions while working towards the changes you would like to achieve.
Advance Coaching - 5 Sessions in total over a period of 8-10 weeks with the option to continue with more. This involves working on your goals and plans and taking actionable steps between sessions working towards your higher potential.
Soul Realignment - we usually chat or message prior to your session and Krissy collects some general information to see if your records can be accessed. Krissy than does your reading over a few days and then the reading will be conducted in a zoom/teams or phone meeting which lasts for 60-90 mins where Krissy will provide a in-depth reading of your Akashic Records. After your initial soul realignment you can continue working on more specific patterns, blocks and restrictions.
Reiki - If you are new to this I would recommend at least 3 sessions. This allows you to assess the benefits of the treatment.
Healy - Biogenetic Healing Sessions between 30 mins - 1 hr depending on the needs of the body.
