Kinesiologist

Hi, if you have found this site then it isn't an accident.  If you are trying to overcome physical ailments, emotional problems, feeling like you're running on survival mode or just trying to live life based on your highest purpose it can be a frustrating, confusing and feel like a lonely journey.  I have walked and continue to walk the path of healing, growth and self-development.  There are times I walk it with others by my side, cheering me on and encouraging me, other times those beside me are silently my strength and comfort when I am weary and then, there are those times I have to do the trek alone, battling the aches and pain, cursing the circumstances, fighting the conflicting belief patterns, and discovering my strengths and releasing the chains of my weaknesses.  

This is why I decided I wanted to help others. Because I want to give the compassionate support to my clients that my practitioners gifted to me. It is overwhelmingly beautiful to help someone discover their own potential.  If I can encourage and support people on their healing journey in any way, it is a privilege that I don't take for granted. 

 I hold a Diploma of Kinesiology and have been supporting clients on their health and well-being journey. I continuously maintain my training and development so I can offer the best care and services to my clients. Using the skills from my Diploma and incorporating other training methods into my base modality allows me to continue to provide successful and powerful corrections for imbalances within the body. 

I believe that our overall health can benefit from all different modalities. Our bodies respond beautifully to healing when we give it a range of options.   Kinesiology looks at the holistic aspects of the body. It doesn't just look at the symptoms but tries to pinpoint the causes. Western medicine certainly has a place however imagine how empowered you could be by incorporating practices from the East.

For myself and my family we discovered Kinesiology many years ago. Once I realised how much this holistic therapy helped our physical, mental and emotional health I knew I had to research this a little further, knowing it worked wasn't the question, I now had that desire to know the HOW! 

But this wasn't to be a straight road to Kinesiology - thank goodness. Over a period of a few years, after a couple of diversions, bumps in the road, a detour or two which took me on other journeys in Devine time I finally arrived at a Kinesiology road test weekend. This was so interesting I did the short course and then decided I needed to share this with others, so I commenced full speed ahead to my Diploma. Working, raising a family, assisting in running a family business while studying was not easy. At times I didn't think I had it in me to keep up the pace, as I studied, I was also healing - stripping back the layers, fish tailing in my own emotional and spiritual growth. The Diploma was the goal I achieved after 3 years, and now helping people to live better rounded lives is the reward.
